Introduction

By using spin-mills.com (the “Website”), any sub-domain or mobile app, or by opening an account, you accept these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and product-specific rules (“Terms”). If you disagree, do not use the Website. We may update the Terms; continued use = acceptance.

Operator. SpinMills is operated by Fortuna Games N.V., Dr. H. Fergusonweg 1, Curaçao (Reg. No. 162413), licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board since 08/Jul/2024 to offer games of chance under license OGL/2024/112/0974 (National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard). Deltaprime Limited (HE 444864), Angelou Terzaki 110B, Flat/Office 1, Egkomi, 2402, Nicosia, Cyprus, acts as Paying Agent and EEA Representative.

“Games” include Casino, Live Casino, Sportsbook, card games and any other titles we add/remove.

Eligibility & Registration

  • Age & legality. You must be 18+ or older if required by your local laws. Ensure gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
  • Restricted countries. Registration/use is prohibited for residents of: Afghanistan, Aruba, Bahamas, Benin, Bonaire, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, The Democratic Republic of Algeria, Cote d’Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Curacao, Eritrea, France, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Korea, Democratic People’s Republic of, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Mali, Myanmar, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Palestine, Panama, Qatar, Russian Federation, Saba, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, St Maarten, Statia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Togo, Turkey, U.S.A. or U.S.A. dependencies, Uganda, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Nigeria. We may refuse additional jurisdictions.
  • One account only. One account per person, household, IP and device (multiple users sharing the same household/IP/device must inform Support in advance).
  • Your details. Provide accurate, current data (mobile, email, username, password). Use your legal name. Some changes are possible via Support in justified cases.
  • Security. Keep credentials confidential; enable 2FA. We never request your password or hints.
  • Non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, pledge, gift, broker or otherwise transfer your account, balances, winnings, deposits or claims.
  • Employee restriction. Employees/ex-employees of service providers/affiliates and their family members may not register or use promotions (violations: permanent closure/forfeiture; deposits may be returned).

Account Use & Integrity

  • Report suspected compromise, cheating or collusion immediately.
  • We may void bets/transactions if you or associates can influence results, evade rules, if criminal activity affects results, odds shift after public announcements, acceptance occurs during technical issues, or an error (system/human/force majeure) occurs.
  • We may suspend/close linked accounts (same person/device/address/payment method) and void transactions.
  • If KYC is not completed within 90 days, we may close the account and debit remaining funds.
  • Inactive accounts. No login for 180 days → monthly fee €5 / NZ$8 / zł20 / 55 NOK / C$7 / R$25 / A$8 / 40 DKK until reactivation or zero balance (inactivity = no login and no betting).
  • You play for personal, recreational purposes only, on your own behalf, and accept the risk of loss. Funds must be lawful; you’re responsible for any taxes.
  • Prohibited conduct. Fraud, collusion, fixing, software/hardware assistance, arbitrage betting/value betting are forbidden (consequences: voided bets, forfeiture, termination).

Deposits & Payouts

  • Deposits. Use methods shown on the Deposit page (no cash/cheques). Availability varies by country. Non-account currencies are converted at the prevailing rate (you pay exchange costs). We may request KYC on deposit. No credit is granted. No chargebacks or reversals. No third-party deposits (violations: winnings forfeited; deposit returned to rightful owner; return fees borne by receiver).
  • AML turnover. Each deposit must be wagered at least 3x before withdrawal (plus any promo wagering requirements).
  • Payouts. Winnings credit once results are settled. We may verify wins with providers; checks may take 3-14 days from notification.
  • Mistaken credits. Reversed when discovered; if withdrawn, the amount becomes a debt owed to us and you must notify us.

Withdrawals

  • First withdrawal. Provide KYC: ID, proof of address, ownership of payment method, bank statement and card images (show first 6 & last 4 digits only; hide others and CVV/CVC). Extra channel-specific checks may apply.
  • Limits & timing. We may change per-method limits without notice. Requests process up to 3 banking days (longer possible due to channels/checks/holidays). Only one pending withdrawal per method and, depending on method, one request per 24h.
  • Prerequisites. All wagering requirements must be met. Bonus funds and amounts stuck in aborted games are non-withdrawable. If total bets < last deposit, we may refuse withdrawal; you must turn over initial deposits 3x.
  • Cancellations. Cancelled withdrawals return funds to balance; we’re not liable for losses from subsequent play.
  • Refunds. Gameplay is consumed instantly; refunds only in listed cases with a response within 72 hours of your request.
  • Default limits.
        • Per transaction: max €500 / NZ$880 / zł2130 / 5900 NOK / C$750 / R$3000 / A$800 / 3700 DKK / 197,500 HUF.
        • Per day: max €1,500 / NZ$2650 / zł6400 / 17,700 NOK / C$2250 / R$9000 / A$2400 / 11,200 DKK / 592,500 HUF.
        • Per week: max €5,000 / NZ$8860 / zł21,300 / 59,000 NOK / C$7500 / R$30,500 / A$8100 / 37,200 DKK / 1,979,600 HUF.
        • 30 days: max €20,000 / NZ$35,400 / zł85,340 / 236,170 NOK / C$30,000 / R$121,900 / A$32,400 / 149,100 DKK / 7,916,000 HUF (unless agreed otherwise).
  • Large wins. Single wins over €20,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €20,000 (progressive jackpots paid in full).
  • Minimum withdrawal. €20 / NZ$35 / zł100 / 250 NOK / C$30 / R$110 / A$40 / 150 DKK.
  • We may define method-specific min/max and conditions based on method, account status and activity.

Account Closure

You may request closure anytime (cancel open bets first). If closure relates to gambling concerns, please inform us. We may close accounts and refund the “Available to withdrawal” balance (less fees) at our discretion and without notice. Bonuses unused for 1 month may be removed. We may refuse withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud and suspend the account. Accounts cannot be closed with a pending withdrawal or remaining balance.

System, Games & Liability

We are not liable for downtime, disruptions, lag or technical/political disturbances; refunds are discretionary. No liability for delays, interruptions, data loss/corruption, line failures, misuse or content errors/omissions. Malfunction voids all wagers. If a Game miscarries due to system failure, we refund the wager and credit any accrued value.

Live Chat Rules

Use chat for recreational/social purposes only. No sexually explicit, grossly offensive, racist, hateful or profane statements; no abuse/defamation; no advertising; no untrue/malicious claims; no collusion. Breaches may remove chat or terminate your account (any positive balance above sums owed to us will be refunded).

Data & Privacy

We process personal data per applicable law and our Privacy Policy (see Website).

Complaints & Disputes

Submit complaints via the support channels listed on the Website. We aim to resolve issues promptly; our decision on transaction disputes is final.

Agreement, Law & Language

These Terms (with referenced policies) are the entire agreement. Printed copies of electronic notices are admissible. If a clause is illegal/unenforceable, it’s severed and the rest remains. In case of inconsistency, the English version prevails. Governing law: Curaçao; parties submit to Curaçao courts and applicable arbitration rules.

IP & Website Use

We own the spin-mills.com trademark/logo and the Website URL https://spin-mills.com
. Technology, software and business systems are owned/licensed by us. Page content/structure (text, graphics, code, files, links) are protected; reproduction, transmission or storage (in whole/part) requires our written consent. No linking to our pages from other sites without consent. Do not use automated/manual tools to monitor pages. Unauthorized use may be prosecuted.

Promotions, Bonuses & Wagering

  • Each promotion has specific Promotional Terms in addition to these Terms; if absent, these Terms apply. We may end promotions without notice. We may withhold credits/bonuses/coupons/loyalty/prizes at our discretion.
  • Bonus rules. Bonuses (e.g., free spins, cashback, free bet, deposit match) credit to bonus balance; after wagering, funds move to cash balance. Bonus abuse may lead to deletion and account blocking. Using bonuses to build in-game value then zeroing wagering to unlock later will void bonuses/wins. Malfunction voids pays/plays; we may withdraw malfunction winnings up to latest deposits.
  • Expiry. Standard bonus expiry is 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Standard wagering. Casino: x30 bonus amount; Sportsbook: x15 bonus amount (unless stated).
  • Contributions. Most Slots 100%. Blackjack, Roulette, Arcade, Video Poker, Baccarat, Casino Hold’em, 2 Ways Royal, Craps, Sic Bo contribute less (often 5-10%, some 0%). Contributions may change-contact Support for a specific game.
  • Wagering mechanics. Bonus stays in bonus balance until wagering is met; when balance < €0.10 (or equivalent), wagering becomes null. You may withdraw early but forfeit bonus money (contact Support). You may abandon bonuses by requesting zeroing of the bonus balance.
  • Free Spins. Same win chance as real play; winnings convert to bonus money and usually require wagering.
  • Daily Bonus Map caps. Max credit/real conversion/withdrawal from Daily Bonus Map Free Spins winnings: €100 (or equivalents: 140 C$, 1150 kr, 450 zł, 530 R$, 165 A$, 180 NZ$, 100 CHF, 38,700 HUF, 745 DKK). Excess is forfeited.

Features

Safebox. Move whole-unit amounts (min 1 unit; bonus funds ineligible) from Real Balance to a protected wallet section; funds there can’t be played, promoted or withdrawn until moved back. Instant, free transfers both ways; full history available. We may suspend Safebox access for maintenance, suspected unauthorized access, investigations or legal/regulatory reasons; we’re not liable for unavailability or indirect losses. On closure/inactivity, Safebox funds follow Real Balance rules.

Lucky Box (beta). A virtual chest with random prizes purchasable via Real Balance or internal Coins. Price depends on 1-5 selected prizes and is shown before confirmation. Prizes credit automatically: Coins instantly; Free Spins (use within 3 days unless stated); Bonus Money (wager x50 within 7 days); deposit bonuses activate on next deposit; physical prizes paid as monetary equivalent with ID/address verification. Odds are randomized internally and not disclosed. Results are final; queries follow Section 10 procedures. Terms may update without notice; we may suspend/disable the feature and void bonus balances/wins from bonus conversion.
