Deltaprime Limited (HE 444864), Angelou Terzaki 110B, Flat/Office 1, Egkomi, 2402, Nicosia, Cyprus, acts as Paying Agent and EEA Representative.
We may update this Policy; changes take effect upon posting. Please review periodically.

2. Information we collect

Personal Information may include name, date of birth, address, email, phone, identity and payment data, transaction history, usage preferences and feedback. We also log technical/traffic data (IP, timestamps, pages viewed, language, crash reports, browser type). Data may be stored on servers in Curaçao and other locations. We do not collect Personal Information without your knowledge.

3. How we collect & process

We collect data you provide directly (account, gameplay, support) and automatically (logs, cookies). We may receive data from vendors, payment processors and service providers who support KYC, payments, tech, and account operations. Third parties access data only as permitted by this Policy and are required to protect your privacy.

Given evolving technology, we do not guarantee error-free privacy performance and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages related to personal data use or disclosure.

15. Consent

Using our services means you agree to this Privacy Policy (which supersedes prior versions) and to updates posted on our platforms. Under GDPR Article 77, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., in your habitual residence, workplace or place of alleged infringement).

16. Other websites

Our site may link to external sites outside our control. Their operators may collect and use your information under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for those sites or errors therein.

17. Netgame titles restriction
